What Happens After You Send This
Someone from our office calls you back, usually the same day, to set a time for the free consultation. We come out and walk the property with you, measure the rooflines, and talk through what you want lit. You get a written price before anything is ordered or scheduled. Nothing happens until you say yes.
Once you approve the design, you go on the install calendar. Installs run from late September through early December, and we work the calendar in booking order, which is the real reason to book early.
How the Price Is Built
Every quote is custom to the property. The three things that move it are the length of roofline you want covered, how high and how steep the access is, and how many trees, columns, and shrubs get added. There is no square foot formula and no flat per house rate, because a single story ranch and a two story home with dormers are not the same job.
Your price covers the design, commercial grade LED product cut to fit your home, the install, service through the season if anything goes dark, takedown in January, and storage until next year. You are not buying lights and paying us to hang them. You are getting a finished display and never touching a ladder.
Renewal Bonus
Customers who have us back the following season get an extra 10% off on top of that year's early-booking credit. Most of our book is repeat business, and the renewal bonus is why. You are not re-shopping the job every autumn, and we already have your measurements, your product, and your display in storage.
Booking and Deposit
New customers put down 50% to hold the install date, and the balance is due when the job is finished. Customers who have used us before simply pay at the job. The early booking credit is 35% in September, 20% in October, and 10% in November, and it steps down on the first of each month. It is not a sale gimmick. Booking early is what lets us route crews efficiently, so we hand that savings back.
